La Soleggiata
The "La Soleggiata" Agricultural Farm was founded in 2015 from a utopia: to cultivate apples in Cerrione to change their lives.
We cultivate 4 hectares of apple trees, drip-irrigated and covered by anti-hail nets. We grow TR varieties. At the beginning of our activity, we sold apple fritters around festivals or in the gardens of Biella. In 2018, La Soleggiata's processing laboratory was established.
Our first product was the Biellese Mostarda. We have about twenty apple-based products in our catalog, created to experiment with the apple as an innovative base for good and healthy products.
An apple a day
is our invitation to move, to evolve, to change... for the better.
A great challenge unites us: to imagine a more sustainable world than this one, in order to create it.
This is our utopia, this is our commitment.
